THE DIVE: NET
Wad up grippers. Welcome to another edition of THE DIVE, a series where i break tokens down to the mechanics. No shilling, no fud. Today: NET from NetNet Capital.
NET is a reserve-backed share token on Robinhood Chain, built in the OlympusDAO v1 lineage with immutable formulas and no policy committee. 82,512 supply, 91.1% staked. It is a fund and a casino in one: bonds and a trading levy fill the reserve, and a gaming arcade pays out in tokenized stocks. The operator is anonymous.
| Name | Network | Contract | Website | Category | MC |

The Product
Reserve mechanics: a 5% levy on every exchange trade funds the reserve, wallet-to-wallet transfers are exempt, and the team's share of that levy has decayed to 0%, so the whole levy is reserve now, permanently. Bonds settle off-exchange and skip the levy. Inverse bonds buy back NET, and premium sales follow the distribution rate. Idle USDG earns in Morpho, capped at 70%, with 30% kept liquid for redemptions and buybacks.
The RWA sleeve is real: tokenized equities bought via Rialto through the Real World Bonds desk, live since Jul 24 2026, with positions held on-chain. Around it sits the arcade: COINflip, SpaceX Invaders, MSFT Flight Simulator, Board Meeting, Turbo Blackjack, Climb Inc., Superstore, WinNET, Futures Desk, Loopback and NetNet Credit.
The Tokenomics
Supply allocation. 82,512 NET, 91.1% staked. Backing per NET is 150.54 USDG against an on-chain floor of 1 USDG, and the reserve portfolio (RFV) is $12.42M: liquid USDG, a haircut Morpho position and protocol-owned liquidity. Aggregator market caps for NET are a supply artifact, so the $1.86M figure is not a real valuation: at 82,512 supply and a main-pair price near $615.78, circulating value is around $50.8M. The bundle records a 5.17x premium over backing.
Unlocks. No vesting schedule is published. The single dated event is the founding subscription, sold out and closed July 2026 at 3 USDG/NET against a day-one NAV of about 2.41 USDG. The team levy share decayed 4%/1% to 0% within 30 days. Emissions are the live variable instead: the distribution index sits at 3.03x cumulative for stakers, an annualized 13,551.66% as an upper bound, and it re-throttles every epoch.
The Team
| Name | Role | Social |
|---|---|---|
| NetNet Capital Management | Anonymous operator | https://x.com/NetNetCap |
Effectively anonymous. No legal entity name, no incorporation detail, no named team members and no third-party code audit disclosed. Ansem claimed on Aug 26 2026 that the founder has given several interviews, previously worked on NBA Top Shot and has discussed a collaboration with the Robinhood team, and bought $57,600 of NET the same day. Those are third-party claims, not disclosures.
The Revenue
Real on-chain revenue today: the 5% levy on exchange volume plus bond subscriptions feed a $12.42M reserve. DefiLlama shows an onchain market cap of $65.35M and DeFi TVL of $1.33M, split across Uniswap V4 $834K, treasury $353.6K, up v3 $90.9K, Ramses DLMM $29.6K and Alandale V3 $13.5K. 24h DEX volume runs around $2M across 17 pairs on $1.14M of total liquidity. Revenue exists, but it sits inside an asset priced far above its own backing.
The Risks
- Anonymous team: no legal entity, no named members, no audit disclosed (DefiLlama)
- Premium over backing: 150.54 USDG per NET against a hard floor of 1 USDG, a large downside gap
- Emissions: 13,551.66% annualized distribution upper bound, with 91.1% staked
- Olympus v1 lineage: the model has failed before, and with no policy committee there is no kill-switch if the math breaks
- Thin liquidity: $1.14M across 17 pairs against a ~$50M+ circulating valuation, with a KOL-driven tape (+61.66% in a day around the Aug 26 buy, -2.3% on 24h)
The reserve engine runs and the RWA sleeve holds real positions. The team is anonymous, no audit is disclosed, and the token trades well above its backing.
As always stay safe stay gripping.
